If you have ordered an eBook, Book or Prints in the last few days but have not heard back from us there is a good chance that the return email from us has been directed into your spam folder or you have sent an invalid email address.

Step 1: If you have a Yahoo or Gmail account please check your Spam folder for emails from: Leona & Wayne Lal-Singh
You should also check that your Spam folder is set to save emails for a period of (between a week and a month) before auto deleting.

Step 2: Check your email address is valid by sending yourself an email using your email address, this will verify that your email address is, or, is not valid.

Step 3: If you find that your email address is not valid then please send us a new email address along with details of your name and old email address which payment was made using. Then, if you have ordered an ebook, we can send it to you.

If you have ordered Books or Prints, you should receive them within 3 weeks from the date of order.
