If you have ordered an ebook in the last few days but have not heard back from us there is a good chance that your email address is invalid or that the return email from us has been directed into your spam folder.

Step 1: If you think this is the case you can check your email address by sending yourself a self addressed  email, this will verify that your email address is valid. Also check your Spam folder for emails from us.

Step 2: If you find that your email address is not valid then please send us a new email address along with details of your name and old email address which payment was made using. Then we can send you your ebook.
